This is such a sad statement about the state of education funding in America that if you’re young okay, you’re young, you’re in your twenties you think, “okay how can I get to college,” you know what might be a good way that I might be able to finance that, what would be a good plan and, and the plan that seems reasonable to you and not just to you but to you and to several dozen of your peers is, “I’m gonna play the lotto”.
